Froggy 0.13 update

The Adventures of Froggy has been updated to v0.13.

• Added snakes to the game
• Modified menu colors to improve usability
• Added level completion time to completed level screen
• Added basic gamepad/joystick support (Device 0 only)
• Fixed screen size issue where screen size wouldn't properly scale to correct size of monitor being used

This update includes the addition of a new threat: the snake. The snake will show up in a few levels, slowly making their way across the map. Don't get too close, they're dangerous!

I've also added basic gamepad/joystick support. Currently this is mapped to first assigned controller (e.g. device 0) in Windows. In the future I will add options for assigning a particular device to the player's controls.
